Session Reminders

As a courtesy to all of my clients, a reminder SMS will be sent to your mobile with details of your next scheduled training session the day before the session is due to commence. If you need to cancel or reschedule this session, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your session commencement time.

Rescheduling a session

I understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule a session. I will do my best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to find an alternative time, and your request is placed less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged for the session (except under special circumstances or in case of emergency).

Cancelling a session

If you miss a scheduled session or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged for the scheduled training session (except under special circumstances or in case of emergency).

Payment Terms

All training sessions should be paid for in full on the day of the session or in advance. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer, using your name as the reference.

For your convenience, I also have mobile EFTPOS/credit card facilities available, so you can pay at the time of your session.
