Group Conditioning AKA ‘SATURDAY SMASH’
Expect high intensity, short rest periods – these sessions are designed to build power and endurance. We frequently throw in a few strongman-inspired activities!
- Every Saturday morning at Panthers Powerlifting, West End
- 8am to 9am
- $10 per session
- Pay on the day via cash or EFTPOS
- Maximum of 10 participants per session
