Group training is the perfect option for clients who love the social and motivational aspect of training with a small team of like-minded people.

Group Conditioning AKA ‘SATURDAY SMASH’

Expect high intensity, short rest periods – these sessions are designed to build power and endurance. We frequently throw in a few strongman-inspired activities!

  • Every Saturday morning at Panthers Powerlifting, West End
  • 8am to 9am
  • $10 per session
  • Pay on the day via cash or EFTPOS
  • Maximum of 10 participants per session
